Have two washcloths? Good. Get your abs on!

You know I’m always looking for unique ways to train my core since I don’t do crunches, sit-ups or other similar exercises.  I love a “slider” workout.  It really gets those deep abdominal muscles!

Grab two washcloths and give this home workout a go!

You’ll notice that each exercise demonstrated also has a modified alternative.  If you have diastasis recti, and you haven’t regained your core functionality, don’t go into that plank position.  You can get a great workout by holding onto a chair, counter, or another elevated surface.
