15 Minute Total Body Workout

Have you noticed a theme with the workouts I post?  Most are 10-15 minutes long, have a pretty high level of very effective suck, but won’t wreck your core like a lot of other high intensity interval training (HIIT) videos you might see out there.  That’s been my exercise motto since my twins.   I rarely exercise for more than 30 minutes in a day.  I don’t have time.   The benefits of high intensity workouts are many.  They are quick, build muscle, and make your body a calorie-burning machine all day.  Take a few minutes for yourself today.  You will feel so good about yourself after you do it!

I recently sent a friend to your site, as I know she will benefit from your short, but effective workouts. Since she would be new to most of these exercises, I’m wondering, do you have a page on your site that you list equipment for your exercises (bands, etc) and where to find them? Thanks!

  2. I don’t, Nicole, but that is a fantastic idea. In the interim, you could tell her that the resistance bands are on Amazon (like $10 for a pack of three) and the ball is just a kiddy ball I had around the house. Thanks for the suggestion. I will work on that in the next couple of weeks.
